The Story Behind Kyria Aesthetics
Kyriana began her healthcare journey working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she discovered her passion for caring for others and building meaningful connections with patients.
After earning her Registered Nurse license, she continued working in patient care while gaining experience in long-term care and family medicine. Throughout her nursing career, she developed a deep appreciation for patient relationships, personalized care, and helping others feel supported and confident.
Her passion eventually led her into aesthetics, where she quickly fell in love with the artistry, precision, and confidence-building impact aesthetic treatments can provide. With experience in laser aesthetics and injectables, Kyriana discovered that aesthetics allowed her to combine her medical background with creativity and personalized beauty treatments in a way that felt truly fulfilling.

Dr. Norman Hans Rechsteiner, MD
Dr. Norman Hans Rechsteiner earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota in 1977 after graduating from Melrose High School in Melrose, Minnesota. He completed his internship at the University of South Dakota in Yankton and his surgical residency at the Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
In 1982, Dr. Rechsteiner established a solo rural general surgery practice in Spooner, Wisconsin, where he served his community for over four decades. Throughout his distinguished 40-year surgical career, he developed a reputation for providing compassionate, patient-centered care and surgical excellence.
In addition to his surgical practice, Dr. Rechsteiner began serving as a Medical Director for medical spas and aesthetic practices in the early 2000s. Following his retirement from surgery, he expanded this role and has continued supporting aesthetic providers through medical oversight, guidance, and a commitment to patient safety.
As Medical Director of Kyria Aesthetics, Dr. Rechsteiner helps ensure the highest standards of medical excellence, safety, and quality patient care.
